From 2001 to 2005, Gwen Chapman, Owner and Principal Stager of StagedMagic, lived and worked in California and was exposed to Barb Schwartz’s concept of “Staging the home for sale”. It was a perfect opportunity to study the unique marketing tool of staging. Since 2008, Gwen has been an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®).

She has provided marketing leadership to organizations around the world for more than 25 years. She has a keen sense of spatial relations and design, and extensive experience in marketing.
